My account cannot be found.
The Global Tel* Link Account Maintenance
Website is only available to customers who have an account directly billed
through Global Tel* Link. If charges for GTL inmate calls appear on your
local telephone bill, you will not be able to use this account maintenance
service. Please contact your local provider to determine if there are online
tools available for your account.
What is my PIN?
When you set up your account, the customer
service representative asked you to pick a 4 digit number that was easy for you
to remember. You need this number to access account information any time you
call customer service. If you cannot remember your PIN, please fax a copy of
your local telephone bill no more than 45 days old with your name, address, and
phone number circled on the bill and a new 4 digit PIN written at the top of
the bill to Global Tel* Link Customer Service at 1 866 441 7285.
Is my account blocked?
If your account has any blocks, this
information will be available to you on the account summary page. To determine
how to remove the block, click on the button next to the block that says “More
Info”. This will tell you what steps are needed to remove the block on your
How do I register?
Have your account number and PIN handy.
Click on the “New User Registration” link on the login page. Follow the
instructions on each page to create a username (your email address) and
password, as well as a security question in case you forget your password in

What should I do if I forgot my password?

What should I do if my account can't be found?
User names and passwords are case sensitive, meaning letters must be either capitalized
(uppercase) or not capitalized (lowercase). If you’re sure you’ve entered information correctly
and are still having difficulties, call 1-800-231-0193 to make a payment, check a balance or
speak with a representative.
